Performance Analysis

Performance diagnostics/step test using the stationary bike or treadmill with lactate measurement (EKG stress test and blood-pressure measurement on the bike) to determine current training condition and individual training needs, sports-medicine examination involving EKG at rest, written evaluation and sports-medicine training consultation.

Performance Analysis with Spirometer

ca. 3 hours

A performance analysis integrating spirometry yields even more results. The test involves an airtight breathing mask. Measurement of gas exchange, respiratory frequency and breathing volume as well as heartrate and performance. Determination of target pulse rates for training, max. oxygen absorption capacity along with energy consumption and the FATmax Zone (optimal zone for fat metabolism) during training, written evaluation and sports-science training consultation.
