Beauty World Etiquette
Our tips for a relaxed time with us:
Reserve well in advance.
Book your Beauty World treatments in advance. We then look forward to seeing you here at the Beauty reception desk 5 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive later, your treatment time will be shortened correspondingly. The treatment times listed include undressing/dressing as well as rest periods immediately after treatment.
Cancel if something crops up.
You have booked an appointment and we will be waiting for you! Unable to come? No problem! The most important thing is to let us know at least 24 hours in advance, allowing us to schedule your time slot for someone else. If you do not cancel your appointment and are a no-show, we will be obliged to bill you.
Smartphones, tablets etc.
… should always be put on "mute". Better still: Turn your device off completely!
Not completely fit?
Simply let us know if you have recently had surgery or you suffer from high blood pressure, pain, allergies or similar issues. We will tailor treatment to your personal circumstances. We will also be happy to tell you about our treatments for expectant mothers.

May I use Beauty World without actually visiting the spa resort itself?
Beauty World is located on the 1st floor of the Alpentherme and is also accessible via an external entrance, meaning you don’t have to go through the actual spa resort.
What makes Gastein Cosmetics so special?
Natural cosmetics with the primal power of 3500-year-old Gastein thermal water. This precious water, highly concentrated pure active ingredients, extracts of regional herbs and plant oils serve as the basis for the Gastein Health & Beauty cosmetics line. Available exclusively at Alpentherme Gastein.
Does the Alpentherme also offer gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are available from our Online Shop. You can also order them by phoning 06432/8293-0 or purchase them in person at the Alpentherme Gastein ticket desk.
Are massages offered?
Aside from classic massages, in the Health Center and Beauty World of Alpentherme Gastein we also offer a selection of special massages as well as massages for pure relaxation.
