Performance Diagnostics
Performance test on the stationary bike or treadmill: It isn't only professional and amateur athletes who need to know their endurance limits and other parameters in order to achieve best possible training results. It is also important for heart, cancer and diabetes patients as well as sporting newcomers to train in an optimal zone. The first step to customized training is a lactate step test.
Simulated Altitude Training (Hypoxia)
Especially when it comes to endurance sports, altitude training is a recipe for success. And it isn't only pro sports figures who reap the rewards: Hobby athletes and patients likewise benefit from the effects of simulated altitude training. The "thin air" is perfectly dosed for your personal fitness and health!
Intervall-Hypoxie-Hyperoxie-Training (IHHT)
Oxygen therapy is an advancement of altitude training. It enhances cellular metabolism and regeneration, providing sustainable improvements in health and performance.
