Have you always wanted to try ice bathing? We are bringing Christian Redl, mental trainer and world record holder in free diving, to the Alpentherme. His spectacular records - many of them under ice - make him an expert in mental strength and pushing boundaries, because you can learn to be cool!

What to bring:
Swimwear, towel, bathrobe, bathing shoes, cap, gloves, warm clothing that can be put on quickly.
Ice bathing is not suitable for people with heart, circulatory or vascular problems!
If you are unsure, we recommend a health check with your family doctor in advance!
