Alpentherme Gastein, Sports World and Beauty World are open! In order to enable you to have a carefree and relaxed visit, we will inform you here about some necessary measures to protect against COVID-19.

Thanks to the austrian hygiene law for public baths and spa resorts, you have always enjoyed great protection and security with us. We ask for your support.

It is not possible to reserve or buy tickets in advance.

Help us to ensure that you and all guests have a pleasant and safe stay in the thermal baths by adhering to the following guidelines on your own responsibility. Our employees support you in compliance and ensure good and safe cooperation. If you have symptoms of illness, we ask you not to visit the thermal baths!
 
FFP2 protective mask
Wearing an FFP2 mask is recommended.

Increased hand hygiene
In addition to the usual shower before and after swimming and after every sauna session, we recommend regular and thorough hand washing. Use the hand disinfectant dispenser that has been set up.

HEALTH CENTER

The Alpentherme Gastein health center is open for outpatient and inpatient therapies.
Please make your appointments preferably by telephone on 06432/8293-200 (Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm)

FFP2 protective mask
•    Wearing an FFP2 mask is compulsory in the entire health center. Please follow the instructions of the staff during the individual therapies.
Increased hand hygiene
•    Use the hand disinfectant dispenser that has been set up.
