- Group discounts (for ten people or more)
- All tickets and packages are non-transferable and are valid for one entry per day
- All tickets allow a 20 minutes overrun period for undressing and dressing
- Prepaid time cards allow multiple entries in one day
- Deposit for multiple-entry tickets: Euro 11.00
- All services utilized on the premises (e.g. restaurant, beauty, massages) prolong your time credit balance
- Parking fees are refunded in cash, when you purchase a thermal center admission ticket
- We recommend waring pool slippers
