Traditional partial or full body massages

Lymphatic massage

Acupuncture massage (APM)

This treatment, related to Chinese acupuncture, uses mechanical pressure. The therapist strokes a metal rod along the acupuncture meridians – the body’s invisible energy channels. Individual points are stimulated with pressure.

Tuina

Tuina is the traditional Chinese form of massage. It is an element of traditional Chinese medicine and is based on the five elements theory, the meridian system, as well as on acupuncture points. Using certain techniques, the skin, muscles, tendons and connective tissue are massaged, loosened and stretched. Tui Na is often used to relieve afflictions of the musculoskeletal system.
