Traditional partial or full body massages
Back, upper body, legs or your entire body: enjoy the pleasure of being massaged by competent hands! Tensions ease, pain is relieved, your circulation is improved, wastes are expelled – a good feeling spreads throughout your body.
Lymphatic massage
Specialized massage techniques stimulate the drainage of the body’s excess lymphatic fluid. This activates your metabolism, releases metabolic wastes and improves your feeling of well-being.
Foot Reflexology
This is not a massage in the usual sense, but a treatment that utilizes the foot area. It operates on the principle that all body parts and organs have a corresponding point on the foot. If there is a pathological alteration to an organ or body part, then its corresponding point is painful when pressure is applied to it. Treatment of the associated zones on the foot exerts a positive influence on the diseased organs.
Acupuncture massage (APM)
This treatment, related to Chinese acupuncture, uses mechanical pressure. The therapist strokes a rod along the acupuncture meridians – the body’s invisible energy channels. Individual points are stimulated with pressure.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu was developed over the past 100 years in Japan and combines elements of traditional Asian acupressure with modern Western massage techniques. By exerting pressure on the meridians (energy pathways) of joints and muscles by hand, elbow and feet of the therapist blockages are removed and the flow of the body's life energy is stimulated. This massage technique releases new energy, alleviates pain and prevents illness. It also reduces stress. The patient lies on a mat on the floor, loose-fitting clothing is recommended.
Cupping
Chinese healing method with glass cups for removing toxic wastes through the skin. Relieves and stimulates the organism.
